Serving the academic and vocational needs of almost 1000 undergraduate through to doctoral students, a leading health sciences and healthcare university. With broad responsibility for guiding student and faculty clinical procedures to maintain compliance to all site regulatory and accreditation standards, I: • Collaborate with program directors, Admissions, the Office of the Registrar and Clinical Placement team to standardize compliance policies and procedures. • Ensure all contractual agreements adhered to and meet compliance standards and objectives. • Oversee collation and management of key documentation including health screens, immunization records, drug screenings and training records. • Address and review compliance concerns brought forward by risk management, internal audit and employee services departments. • Conduct reviews of new student documentation; maintaining all privacy and confidentiality guidelines. • Lead ongoing procedural audits to uncover opportunities for improvement within compliance control framework. • Establish and enforce standards around student health compliance while streamlining communications with University partners and regulatory bodies. • Provide compliance updates and expectations for inclusion into the school’s Learning Management System, university website and student and faculty onboarding sessions.
