  While working with Americold, I would shadow the Vice President of Human Resources as she went about her day as well as helping out when needed. I would sit in on conference calls along with weekly and monthly meetings to discuss new projects, existing ones and any new problems that came up. Some of the tasks that I have completed but are not limited to are to assist with organizational structure review, look over companies policy documents and create spreadsheets regarding those policies.
