As Director of Sports Performance for the Colorado Rampage Hockey Club, I directly managed Brandon Reich-Sweet. Brandon helped coach Colorado Rampage athletes ages 8-18 years old during the 2020-2021 hockey season. He demonstrated a tremendous amount knowledge in terms of exercise technique and coaching of youth athletes. In addition he has a strong ability to be a leader with empathy, positivity and creativity. He has good character and many attributes that make him an excellent coach.

Brandon illustrates what I consider an ideal student of exercise physiology. Throughout the course I taught in Spring 2021, Brandon consistently demonstrated an ability to synthesize current evidence to support his work and promote evidence-based practice. He was a leader within course discussions and his viewpoints helped peers master course content. His written work consistently demonstrated insight and reflected critical thought and analysis on current topics in exercise physiology. Brandon has my highest recommendation for any role in human performance.
