I worked with Brandon over the past year on a new development/deployment of a Magento based web site through our vendor, Jamersan. While Brandon was not our initial project manager, he jumped in to fill the void and quickly began to lead the project. Even though I primarily communicated with Brandon remotely via video chat, phone, and email, I was able to get to know him as a reliable employee with tangible project management and web skills. Brandon’s attention to detail and his follow-up were key to our project. Given that he served as the project manager between our company and other remote web developers in India, Brandon was very thorough in coordinating the many discussions, emails, tasks, and testing between all parties involved either through video conferences and/or JIRA. Regardless of the work load and/or the time of day or night that we had to meet, Brandon was always on task to make sure we met our objectives for that meeting. It is rare to find someone who is not only dedicated to a project, but also someone who is effortlessly pleasant and consistently easy to work with regardless of pressing deadlines and demanding customers. Over these past months, I've learned that Brandon is a creative, detail-oriented, and dependable web designer with a work ethic that is second to none. Given that Brandon was a remote-employee, I also learned that he excelled at working independently and producing high-level work with little supervision. I was very pleased with our web experience and feel that our project was a success because of Brandon’s involvement. When we needed input on the direction of a certain page or page functionality, Brandon was always able to make suggestions to get us back on track. We came out of development with a new site that our staff was very pleased with and in addition, we were also able to get the site live within our goal date. I would gladly welcome the opportunity to work with Brandon in the future and I look forward to any chance to do so.

I had the pleasure of working with Brandon Prater while I was Chief Technology Officer at Jamersan, LLC. When I joined the company, I found Brandon to be a critical factor in the day-to-day operations. He ran the daily standup meetings in a punctual and effective manner, following the rules set forth by management and helping to provide cohesiveness to a remote development team. Brandon would make a great addition to any team, especially in a role that requires follow-up and attention to detail. Karen Kilroy Magento Certified Front-End Developer OroPlatform B2B Consultant

During my tenure at Jamersan.com I learned a variety of new skills including JIRA, Bit Bucket integration, Magento, AWS management and Oro CRM. I was also able to hone my project management skills a bit more with direct contact from clients and developers. I will say that there were only a couple of days where there were not constant challenges with support, ongoing projects and project management duties during the substantial growth period. It was a very busy, and always kept me occupied and working on something. I do look forward to more Magento and OroCRM work in the future and very much enjoyed working with the Jamersan team.
