  Responsible for taking orders, either in person or over the phone, and making the orders, as well as supervising employees. I close 4-6 days a week, this includes deciding when to have employees clock out, cashing out drivers and registers and directing all employees on my shift to what needs to be done. Closing the parlor includes cleaning the entire kitchen, retocking the supplies for the morning shift, closing the day on the POS system, locking the doors, and setting the alarm.
