I have the unique perspective of both reporting directly to Brandon and, at other times, him reporting directly to me. Our careers aligned in such a way we seemed to take turns. Turns out its a win/win either way. First reporting to: Brandon works wonderfully with his team. He asks you the right questions, provides the right answers and helps you, help him, help each other, help the project. He knows every art program on Earth and if he doesn't give him a few hours. And if it's something you should know he will hook you up with where to look, what tutorials to watch or even throw himself into skillfully and patiently teaching you what you need to know. He can draw, model, texture, humans, monsters, environments, vehicles. Doesn't matter. Brandon can carry your vision! Brandon reporting to you: Brandon gets it done in a way so magical that I'm still not sure how he does it. You can approach him with a portion of an idea, style, concept, sketch and he somehow knows what you were imagining before even you did. His knowledge of shaders in immense and if you are looking for a certain look or feel he will tune said shaders to fit your needs. As said above he can concept and model just about anything you might need. Flat out he's one of the best people I've ever worked with and I look forward to being able to work with him again from either side of the equation.

Brandon is a superstar. He takes initiative, learns quickly, and creates amazing artwork. Brandon is adaptable, fast, and works well under tight deadlines. We hired Brandon as an environment artist, but he quickly embraced other areas of art production, including character modeling and texturing, cinematics production, terrain features, marketing materials, and high-res modeling for 3D printing. He became the point-man for our custom commander pipeline, and was a key player on our cinematics team. Brandon is also very personable and professional. He always maintains a courteous disposition, even during high-pressure situations. He responds well to feedback, and often identifies production issues and makes recommendations to improve processes. Brandon is a top-notch 3D artist, a total pro, and if he comes knocking on your door, just hire him.
