  I started at the Forino as a general laborer then with dedication and being hardworking I was put onto a concrete crew and became a concrete finisher. I have been put on jobs by myself where they trusted me to do the job by myself. I have also run a couple jobs with having a couple other guys working with me and having me in charge of the job.
