● Manage all aspects of deposit account data for data conversions. Data conversions involve migrating data from a client’s legacy system to Fiserv’s Core DNA Platform. ● Analyze data for data mapping, conversion troubleshooting and reconciliation of client submissions. ● Compose complex queries and update database objects including tables, stored procedures, cursors and functions using PL/SQL. ● Validate data to ensure raw deconversion data is accurately converted into the database. ● Perform quality assurance testing for Fiserv’s merger automation tool. ● Onboard new hires and provide technical training, including remote desktop setup and SQL instruction. ● Coordinated the migration from Windows 7 to Windows 10 for the data team’s remote desktop protocols.
