The core of my responsibilities revolved around design and development of the NetAccess and NetCentral Manager products. Developed several Point of Sale (POS) credit card billing modules to interface with the NetAccess including SDC Protobase, World Pay, ProtX, and First Atlantic Commerce utilizing POST and SOAP. Developed several Property Management System (PMS) modules to interface with the NetAccess including Marriott Wired for Business, and Micros 4700. Developed functionality enhancements for the IP3 NetAccess; analyzing, documenting, and improving the existing code base. Researched and began development on an AJAX based UI. Co-Architected and began development on complete product rewrite of the NetAccess to increase performance and reliability. Performance enhancements included IPTables restructuring, Object Oriented code base, and Linux OS update. Developed PHP NetCentral Manager integration to NetAccess features. Developed Application Programming Interface (API) and Software Development Kit (SDK) for the NetAccess, enabling complete customization of all modules and features of the NetAccess using XML. Involved with researching and brainstorming new product development opportunities.
