  Gathered and digitized spatial information on 15 tunnel utility pipelines, developing a modern system to replace old hard-copy process. Newly developed platform allowed users to perform updates and access data digitally with the record reflecting real-life network behavior. Facilitated access to detailed spatial information (pipe sizes, materials, locations, types of valves, historical changes to pipe size, heat exchangers, model numbers, etc.) remotely. Selected Contributions:Updated tunnel CAD schematics, converting same into ArcGIS-compatible files to generate cartographic products and be reflective of actual measurements. Efforts vastly enhanced project planning operations and overall decision making as well as positively affecting efficiency and productivity of maintenance operations through the development of this ArcGIS tunnel utility network model. Project reduced operational costs for the university, allowed for more transparency of utility assets, and improved management of maintenance inventory.
