I work on the sales floor as a sales associate for Spier & Mackay, helping customers pick out and try on garments and get fitted for the right size. In addition, I work with the company's Made-To-Measure department to assist customers with ordering custom-made garments. This process involves choosing fabrics, selecting style options, and taking detailed measurements of the customer's body to send to our factory to create a unique garment that is specifically tailored for their individual body shape. Finally, when I am not working on the sales floor, I write product copy for the company's website and online store, as well as promotional materials. I also assist my colleagues in the customer service department with answering e-mails.
