Apr 2017 - Jan 2020
As General Manager, I was responsible for planning and communicating all day-to-day operations of a fast-paced retail marina. This included but was not limited to delegating responsibilities to individuals within the organization that presented the best opportunity for success, managing a sales team with the sale of new and used inventory, and ensuring that all sales and service goals were communicated and achieved.

Sales Manager
-
Sep 2014 - Apr 2017
As the Sales Manager, it was my responsibility to handle all the day-to-day sales and finance responsibilities and delegate as needed. Other responsibilities scheduling and attending industry events and trade shows all over the United States, basic web design and upkeep, and marketing through social media. As a small family owned business, it can be difficult to expand in the highly competitive marine industry. At Splendor Boats, we found new and innovative ways to grow the business while being able to maintain the family ownership aspect that truly makes the organization standout.

Sales & Finance Professional
-
Oct 2008 - Sep 2010
As a sales and finance professional at Kerlin Motor Company my responsibilities included handling the day to day interactions with customers who were in search of a new vehicle. I would gather information from the customer throughout the sales process and guide them to the vehicle that would best suit their needs. Criteria I often had to consider while moving through this process were budget, practicality and functionality for everyday tasks. I would often handle the customer throughout the finance office also. This included finding a financial institution that the clients could secure lending from at a fair and reasonable interest rate while still maximizing the profits for the company.
