One of my notable achievements in this role was leading a collaborative effort with PRX's Ad Ops team to design and implement a groundbreaking solution. We successfully integrated ad inventory management into the Dovetail platform, a home to prestigious shows like TED Talks Daily, The Moth, Reveal, and the entire Radiotopia network. This enhancement has revolutionized the platform's capabilities and monetization opportunities for these renowned podcasts. Additionally, I actively engage with independent podcasters and public media stations, leading product demos to showcase Dovetail's potential and foster valuable partnerships. Simultaneously, I serve as the product design lead for The World's website, a daily world news Public Media broadcast. In this role, I take charge of optimizing the website's user experience, all while prioritizing user privacy and web performance. One of my significant achievements was leading the implementation of a new digital product strategy for The World's website. This strategy was devised to respect visitors' time, attention, and privacy. As part of this initiative, we eliminated third-party cookies and trackers, aligning with current privacy concerns and strengthening the website's web vitals.
