  Supervised a labour force of 60 people, set and met production targets,maintained a strong safety compliance within the work force, conducted weekly safety meetings, presented skills improvement sessions and liased with management as a member of the shift overseer forum.Currently employed in the training environment of Anglo Gold Ashanti where training is given to the Acting and Production Shift Boss delegates who attend the planned courses. Seconded to the position of Level 4 Coordinator where the development and creation of the learning material required for the Level 4 Shiftboss Qualification introduced at AngloGold Ashanti,has been done. Courses due to begin in August 2017.
