  Company – AECOM Engineer V • Potable water, sanitary sewer, and fire protection piping design- I designed the underground utilities for a new building in Crystal River, Florida. Additionally, I designed the potable water and sanitary sewer systems within the building. • HVAC modifications- I worked with Trane to provide replacement HVAC units that improved system reliability and function and installed a backup system for the building in the event of equipment failure. On a regular basis I perform HVAC evaluations for existing equipment. • Mechanical Engineer for the Harris Nuclear Plant where I worked with Flowserve to complete a valve modification and performed pipe stress analysis. The project came in under budget and ahead of schedule and the new control valve improved system reliability. • Fermi II site assignment where I completed the design of a pneumatic winch door system on schedule, which performs reliably. Additionally, I completed air compressor calculations to operate pneumatic valves and received my calculation qualification all within 6 months. • Fire Protection Engineer performing a fire detection and notification modification. I completed a NFPA 72 code evaluation, of the Simplex Grinnell design, to determine if the system was compliant. • Responsible Engineer for the Crystal River 3 Nuclear Plant Fukushima Flex Project where I developed coping strategies and engineering evaluations to support the CR3 integrated plan response. The project was delivered to the NRC on time and under budget.
