I had the privilege of working with Brandon in multiple capacities. Initially, I was doing surveillances in an area the Brandon was overseeing. Upon approaching he was helpful, forthcoming, respectful, honest and kind. Brandon took the time to answer the questions I had and explain anything I needed further explanation on. It was apparent those in the immediate work area had an immense amount of respect and looked to Brandon for guidance when they needed it. Secondly, I have been able to work closely with Brandon while he has been a representative of the Quality organization in the field as a Quality Champion and also the Day shift Foreman to the other Quality Champions. I’ve been able to experience upfront Brandon’s leadership capabilities and his consistent can do attitude. Additionally, he is timely, accurate, and knowledgeable. Brandon is an all around great person to have on any team. In addition to his vast knowledge, he brings a friendly demeanor and top notch leadership capabilities. This is evidenced by the work I see him accomplish every day, in multiple capacities...as a valued member in the field (Boilermaker), as a member of the Quality Champions, as a member of the Emergency Response Team, and as an essential piece of our Quality organization.
