  As the camp director of a construction project-based camp, I was responsible for setting up and planning different projects for the different groups that come in each week and equipping my staff to successfully complete each project with their group. This included helping them make their material list for their construction projects, running throughout up to 6 sites each day to supervise and monitor the progress of each project, and helping them solve issues that arose when trying to complete their project. I was also responsible for staying within our budget for all purchases that pertain to camp including construction tools and materials, food for the campers, and the housing payments while making sure we were staying under the almost $100,000 budget for the summer. Making relationships with new homeowners, creatively solving problems throughout the day, boosting morale within my staff and leading them effectively, and making sure that all the details of the camp ran smoothly were part of my day-to-day responsibilities.   I was a part of LifeSong during my undergraduate career which was a recruitment team that traveled every weekend to different churches and Christian schools in the Southeastern United States to recruit students to the college. Responsibilities included receiving payment from the pastors, selling our merchandise, resolving conflict with other team members, and being punctual to all rehearsals and departure times each weekend.
