  Planned, developed, and supervised the execution of numerous detailed VIP itineraries. Planned, coordinated, and executed protocol functions for graduation ceremonies for over 1,000 Marines. Incorporated safety protocols and social distancing measures to enable longstanding military traditions. Coordinated and de-conflicted VIP schedules and visits for 5 separate training companies from approximately 50 speakers. Coordinated Military Occupational Specialty (MOS) Mixers for each training company to include Instructors and Speakers for 15 separate MOS’s. Prepared key correspondence for Commanding Officer approval of multiple events, to include producing over 1,500 graduation certificates, guest of honor invitations for graduations, and mess nights. Coordinated, managed, and synchronized the Command Group calendars to ensure senior leader attendance at key functions and events. Coordinated and processed all Defense Travel System arrangements for The Basic School Command Group. Coordinated all travel requirements and accommodations for CONUS and OCONUS authorized travel for International Students. Coordinated base-wide scheduling and future event planning from within the Operations office at The Basic School. Planned and executed Monthly Serialized Inventories and Quarterly Consolidated Memorandum Receipts of base small arms and ammunition while assigned to Headquarters Company of The Basic School.
