- I worked primarily with the CEO and EIF’s Executive Team. I arranged domestic/international travel arrangements for the CEO. I organized and maintained calendars for the CEO and the Executive Team. I served as the liaison between the CEO and the staff. - Orchestrated and ran a weekly Executive Management meeting, and reviewed classified documents and contracts for the CEO and Executive Team. - Manages the day-to-day finance operations of processing checks and depositing all donations for the Entertainment Industry Foundation and any of our fund and programs. I weekly create a report for all of our programs and funds to show the breakdown of who, where, and why donations were coming in. - Conducted research on prospective corporate partnerships to identify and evaluate current needs, and a potential way for the entities to work together that makes sense with the missions of both companies. I also researched and organized reports and financial statements to ultimately find how much the organization has granted away to other organizations from 1955 to 2018.- I serve a representative for EIF at, awards banquets, fundraisers, grand openings and other high profile events around the Los Angeles area.- In December 2018, the Entertainment Industry Foundation’s Disaster Relief Fund was the beneficiary of Stevie Wonder’s 22nd House Full of Toys Benefit Concert. I was the 2nd-in-command for the event on the EIF side. We generated over a one million dollars and were able to go provide the Los Angeles fire Department with Hydration Packs. - Managed the data of all the donations for the Entertainment Industry Foundation and fund partners.
