      Promoted into a senior role, I took on more responsibility juggling design projects, tenant improvements, building improvement projects, and project managing. In 2020 I completed the PSU Project Management Certification Program to help our construction team streamline our processes as our department was reorganizing our structure and redistributing responsibilities. I gained more understanding into the project management process and implemented that into our projects. Essential Functions were to maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, establishing client requirements, project scope/schedule/budget, construction team organization, complete design build package through permitting, knowledge of building codes and ADA requirements, and worked closely with vendors and subcontractors.
