I moved to Atlanta and took a position at a firm I always hoped to work at someday, IAG Forensics & Valuation. My path to this firm felt long and winding at times, but I'm grateful for the experiences and mentors who led me to this role.When I began work at IAG, I was on the commercial litigation team. I assisted with business disputes, school systems, and lost profits calculations. After some time with the litigation team, I transitioned to my current role with the family law team, and it's right where I'm meant to be.

I left MMM, CPAs to become controller for an automotive group which at the time owned 13 dealerships in Georgia and South Carolina. I began my role as a part-time college student and transitioned into a full-time role after graduating with my MAcc. As a returning SOAR (Southern's Orientation, Advisement, and Registration) Leader, I assisted in organizing and conducting interviews for new leaders as well as selecting the SOAR Team for 2007. I assisted in training our new team and planning events and work schedules for 19 SOAR sessions. I dealt with conflict resolution between teammates as well as new students and families. I presented campus topics to large and small groups during sessions, and helped new students get acclimated to our campus and register for classes.
