Brandi is the best mentor and manager I've known in my professional experience. She leads by example and exudes positivity. Brandi can connect with anyone and recognizes other's strengths then builds on them. She is always willing to go the extra mile and help wherever it's needed. She also delegates tasks effectively and allows her team to work autonomously with an attitude of "how can I help you succeed and grow to where you want to go". I would highly recommend Brandi as an asset to any company.
