  - Performed Theoretical research of the complex molecule H5o2+ and its methylated Substituents - Worked countless hours building and configuring these molecules to run tests within the Linux/ Gauss View system - Produced and interpreted the NMR and IR spectra produced to analyze each super molecule and compare and contrast - Determined how the hydrogen bonding process was effected by the number of methyl groups each of these super molecules possessed. - Worked independently and along side a group of research assistants to help formulate the correct data and precise inquiries to run these theoretical jobs. - Logged, verified and reviewed all trends associated with each theoretical yield produced from each of the super molecules. - Used these findings to co-write and publish an article titled "Computational study of the structure , vibrational spectra, and hydrogen bonding for H5O2+and its methylated derivatives"
