Since its foundation in 1772, the Maison Veuve Clicquot Ponsardin has been crafting prestigious champagnes to accompany the special moments of our consumers around the world. These products are the fruit of our House's historic expertise, the rigor brought to every stage of production by our teams, and our desire to provide our customers with the services inherent in a luxury product. In an ever-changing world, Veuve Clicquot is committed to a constant process of innovation and improvement aimed at elevating the values of the Champagne tradition. During this seasonal job, I was in charge of loading the press as well as the truck. Show less

Champagne Bollinger has been making fine wines since 1829. The vineyard covers 170 hectares, mainly in the Premiers and Grands Crus. The workforce numbers around 130, divided between vineyard, production and support functions. 85% of bottles produced are exported, sold in over 100 countries. Over the last ten years, the vineyard has adopted more environmentally-friendly growing practices. In 2012, Champagne Bollinger became the first Champagne House to be certified HVE (Haute Valeur Environnementale), and in 2014, the first operation in Champagne to be certified sustainable viticulture. I mainly carried out trellising and "Relevage", which consists in raising and arranging the shoots on wires stretched horizontally to keep them in a specific direction. This technique accelerates grape ripening by exposing the leaves to the sun. It also ensures that the vines are well aerated, so that they develop properly. Show less

E.Leclerc is a French retailer and cooperative. The first Leclerc store was opened in 1949 by Édouard Leclerc. In 2018, the Leclerc Pierry center built one of the largest wine cellars in France. Cavistes, sommeliers and winemakers are regularly invited to present their wines in the wine cellar. Every year in October, the Leclerc Pierry center offers an exceptional Wine Fair with over 1,500 references (Romanée Conti, Petrus, Mouton Rothschild, etc.) During this internship, I was in charge of stocking the wine and champagne shelves, as well as advising customers.
