  We provide global technical support (level 3) to our customers during the complete lifecycle of their propulsion equipment. We offer world class solutions to improve or maintain the operational performance of the propulsion equipment for the sailing fleet. An overview of my activities: - Provide customer support on sight, or through our CRM system. - Provide global support to our networkstations, sales management, project management, field service units and machine shops. - Define product improvements and product upgrade packages. - Actively and pro-actively support upgrade/ improvement implementation projects. - Product lifecycle maintenance and product data management. - Investigate damages and technical issues and provide technical reports. - Setup re-conditioning programs for wear parts. - Analyse field feedback and recognise structural issues. - Provide solutions that eleminates structural issues by performing root cause analysis. - Mechanical engineering and strength analysis. - Provide more structure and ways of working on internal processes for a better work efficiency.
