Worked on restructuring the blueprint team 80 FTE in order to evolve in a more agile way of working. Introducing the feature team concept over the entire team and aligned the testing scope of different integration teams even outside of the BP team. In a first phase this was defining the new way of working and aligning with the different stakeholders. In a second phase this was followed by giving a series of classroom trainings to the different target audiences of the teams. Thefinal phase was coaching the different teams/roles in there day to day activities.

Involved from the beginning of the project to setup and define the test structure and philosophy, and gradually updated that one with changes that were done in the project structure. Evolving from a more waterfall method to a more agile WoW.At the start it was hands on with a team of 5 and that grew until a team of approximately 25 FTE. Where there was a mix of experienced integration/feature testers and regression testers where automation was part of the team.

Day to day coordination of the testing team for the HZN4 program. Team existed out of testers in the different affiliates(3) and my own testing team (8).Defining/updating the scope for testing based on changing release dates was one of the major tasks. Since the project was in an end fase we constantly needed to change our test scope in order to cover the right areas. Important role in discussion the open defects and driving them down in order to end up with a releasable product.
