  I lead Mavu’s operations, a South African Award Winning foundation. Together with a dear friend, Kenneth Neluvhalani, we set up this foundation to create ACCESSIBILITY TO SPORT AT GRASSROOTS. We develop sport in SA’s most remote and disadvantaged areas through: -After school programs -Facility utilization programs -Capacity building training -Emerging elite athlete support -Life Skill development through sport My responsibilities as Director of Operations are diverse; Ensuring a sustainable strategic direction, preparing board meetings, stakeholder engagement, coaching volunteers and staff, managing our head office, and creating a solid fundraising strategy.
