A good experimentalist is one who does the experiment less number of times and gains understanding. I have known Brajesh from last 5.5 yrs and he is good at 1. Clarity of understanding 2. Focus 3. He can say "I dont dont know", if he doesn't know. Apart from this he has good theoretical back ground as well as experimental insight and hence can be right fit in research group.
