Technical Sales: - Evaluation and analysis of competitive bids (in terms of cost and design). - Preparation, writing, and pricing of technical proposals for clients. - Conceptual and detailed layout of process modules. - Coordinate with multiple disciplinary groups (estimating, drafting, engineering) to provide accurate and competitive quotations. - Review client technical specifications and provide designs that adhere to their requirements. Process Engineering: - Plant design principles for fractionation, dehydration, cryogenics, gas treatment, compressor packages, etc. - P&ID and PFD development. - Extensive knowledge of Aspen HYSYS Process Simulation software for quote estimation and detailed plant design. - Experience with composing various process documents, including shut-down key, control narrative, process/equipment datasheets, and process design basis. - Technical design principles for equipment sizing, PSV sizing, control valve sizing, flare systems, piping & insulation, and hydraulic design. Project Engineering: - Experience with project documents such as valve lists, line lists, spool drawings, operating manuals, etc. - With access to Propak's shop, I am actively engaged with the fabrication process with regular fabrication support & skid checks. - Meet with client as necessary for project review.
