  Dive team associate: Cleaned tanks including coral and acrylic, vacuumed gravel, filtration systems, SCUBA, AGA, recovery dives for fish and miscellaneous items in tanks, and facilitated help in dive shows. Daily water samples, backwashed and performed water changes on various systems, fed various systems, acclimated smaller organisms, cleaned fractionators and protein skimmers, diet prep for shows as well as nori shakes for specific tanks. Performed numerous necropsies on various types of fish, checked for parasites in case the system needed to be placed into hypo. Managed/lead ‘aquateens’ and helped them clean railings, ice machines, rocks, etc. Filled water tanks by creating back pressure in a reservoir, learned kitchen routine and essential AZA and OSHA requirements for cross-contamination and cleaning.
