•Assisted in the planning of the 2019 HCF Gala & Golf fundraiser by tracking and confirming guest information, packaging and distributing tickets, creating gala seating and golf group assignments, and researching & booking third-party services. •On-site at the Gala in Edmonton, I worked both front of house and behind the scenes roles. I co-managed one of the golf courses, assisted volunteers and guests at both venues, and collected auction payments and donations, in addition to various set-up and tear-down duties. •Created a new post-event survey that was sent to all guests, which resulted in double the responses of the previous year and increased depth of data to be used for future events. •Created a turn-key third-party fundraising plan to be posted on the Foundation’s website to guide the general public, as well as created a presentation for the Executive Director to use when meeting with officials from universities, high schools, and unions. •Ongoing stewardship tasks such as creating a year-in-review presentation for the Board of Directors, conducting research on potential donors to develop a prospect list for the Board of Directors, and analysis of the current organizational fundraising platform.
