Account Manager III, Product/E-Learning
-
Aug 2019 - Apr 2023
As an Account Manager, I manage a team of six administrators, support five partner programs in high-level services, develop organizational processes, complete internal projects, and mentor new managers to the account management team.My team of Program Administrators spans multiple university partnerships and I am responsible for staffing and hiring, time and attendance, reimbursement requests, employee reviews, and other direct management tasks. I pride myself in developing and maintaining a positive culture of support and communication within my team and helping to develop future organization leaders.I am responsible for our organization's product across the accounts. This includes the implementation and support of learning management systems and testing platforms, as well as multiple other product teams and initiatives. Building relationships with partner leadership, providing guidance and recommendations on best practices, problem-solving solutions to complex issues, and providing training and enrichment are all within my day-to-day scope. I serve as a link between internal and external stakeholders in service of achieving solutions and ensuring consistent partner success.I am a leader in driving internal projects. Our company has grown quickly and during my time in management transitioned from start-up to enterprise level. Some of the internal projects I have led or co-led include the redesign of our company's task workflow for a team of 30+, development and delivery of multiple trainings and onboarding resources, and creation and delivery of a new manager mentoring program. I'm privileged to--in both internal projects and external initiatives--serve as a bridge between talented teams and ambitious partnerships to achieve successful outcomes and build lasting relationships. E-Learning Program Administrator I
-
Jul 2018 - Aug 2019
As an E-Learning Program Administrator (ELPA), I worked with faculty and team members to implement and maintain university-level courses for online delivery. My primary role was to create, convert, edit, and process content to support both courses and online programs. This included but was not limited to utilizing Learning Management System (LMS) tools as well as multimedia production software to prepare those instructional media elements for online delivery. I was responsible for ongoing training, support, and orientation-delivery for faculty and students. Above all else, as an ELPA it was crucial for me to develop strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders in order to facilitate strong outcomes. In my first semester in the role, the approval of our provided services in E-Learning improved from 60% to 98%. Show less
