Authored, coordinated, executed headquarter level exercise scenarios and scripts to prepare for higher headquarter evaluations. Prepared statistical analysis to indicate performance trends and tracked status of all operational shortfalls and discrepancies.

Cadet Wing Training Superintendent (Senior Training Manager)

Planned and executed annual training for approximately 4,500 Air Force Academy cadets with a $7 million dollar budget. Training spanned across 40 work centers and a 3,500 acre training complex with 100% training rate.

Air Force Academy Military Trainer

Mentored and directly contributed to the development of 110 Air Force Academy Cadets. Oversaw 30 secret and top secret security clearances annually through EQIP working directly with the Office of Personnel Management. Annually trained leadership, military education and drill & ceremony.
