Did a variety of work, heavily involving general COVID-19 response by phone and email using Five9 and managing a variety of student intern accounts for summer housing through StarRez. Also produced a variety of small marketing graphics and videos. Provided a strong experience of working with a tight team in a rapidly evolving environment to solve a wide variety of newly arising issues during a difficult time.
