Brady is a young highly skilled organizer with an associate degree in process technology. I worked with Brady for three years at MEMC Sunedison. Brady took over the responsibility of the plant critical document control library and took an otherwise mess into a highly organized and properly controlled document library. Additionally, Brady performed many functions above his normal job responsibilities. For example, the library was next to the laundry pickup and delivery room which was a disorganized mess and would check incoming deliveries and hang uniforms in alphabetical order for ease of pick up by plant employees. As MOC (management of change) approved records had to be maintained in an orderly fashion, Brady organized these records to make our research activities much easier. Brady was taught basic AutoCAD so that he could also properly update medium and low priority drawings for approval and reduce the workload on our drafting dept. I would highly recommend Brady to any employee that has a need for his fine skilset.
