I worked with Brad Lipschultz at SEO Inc for a period of 2 years ending in May 2005. During that period, I had the great pleasure of seeing Brad manage the Sales team and act as chief advisor to the Owner and CEO. Brad is a hard-working self-starter who understands exactly what each project is about from the outset, and how to effectively get each handled successfully. During my two years as the Director of Engineering at SEO Inc, I cannot remember an instance in which Brad missed a major deadline and a few were even completed ahead of schedule under his direction. Brad is a resourceful, creative, and solution-oriented person who often comes up with new and innovative approaches to his assigned projects. On the interpersonal side, Brad has superior written and verbal communication skills. He gets along extremely well with staff under his supervision, as well as colleagues at his own level. Brad is highly respected, as both a person and a professional, by colleagues, employees, and clients alike. Even now, years after my time with Brad at SEO Inc, I can state that his presence, both as a person and as an exemplary employee, set a standard for me.
