Head of Engineering (EBC)
-
Jan 2023 - Present
As Head of Engineering I manage both the engineering support and project function across Timeline's Ealing sites - Ealing Studios and Ealing Broadcast Centre. This includes the MCR, Broadcast Engineering and facilities teams within the facilities. These sites host managed service clients such as RMG and ITV Sport as well as Timeline’s ad hoc remote and studio production facilities. After initially engineering and project managing the initial build of Ealing Broadcast Centre, I have been involved in every phase of it's expansion. As Ealing Broadcast Centre continues to expand it’s facilities I have developed a growing team of MCR and Broadcast engineers as well as introducing facilities management workflows and procedures as we took over building maintenance and management from the landlord. This includes compliance, sustainability and managing both support contracts and improvement works. Show less
