Bradley Weintrop worked closely with our community of 804 Apartments in helping to execute delinquent rental payments and facilitate the evicition process. Bradley has a great attention to detail and is able to communicate effectively to residents working with them to help pay off past due balances. As a Property Manager, it is very helpful to have a Collections Manager communicate efficiently and concisely what paperwork is needed, terms of payment and court updates so that we can maintain our collection process. Bradley was very easy to communicate with and successfully helped facilitate this huge task at my community.
