Bradley is a dedicated and passionate individual who always upholds a great level of professionalism. I found managing Bradley to be a pleasure, and he was always eager to learn and further his development. He has an excellent manner with junior members of teams, with a knack for coaching and praise. My time working with Bradley was excellent and I can't recommend him highly enough.

During my time at Topshop/ Topman flagship store I grew from a sales assistant to a senior team leader, then the shoe manager. A team leader must be able to control the overall flow of the store as a support for the management team whilst being a mentor and guide for the Topshop team. I have strong communication skills and was able to motivate the team to work in the very fast environment. I managed many areas of the store within my three years there; The Topman product team, the Topshop shop floor controller and shoe manager. During my time I also became part of the Your voice team and started by myself the Well Being team for a store of over 200 people. During this time I was also part of a Fast Track Management course; only 30 people were chosen out the whole company to be part of this. This involved business meetings in London for three months learning about the management style approach, networking and carrying out management tasks. I had to be an example to the team knowing the product inside out and representing the current trends, looking for new ways to drive sales within my department and aiming to be the best store within the market place driving a world class experience. I also worked in Liverpool and Leeds flagship stores as a Deputy Brand Manager. This involved my driving my team leaders to ensure the store worked smoothly and mentored the teams to be at a high standard level before I left to go back to the Manchester store. I made sure all Kpi's were meant (sales, product replenishment, team well being, incentives) with regular contact and feedback to the area managers. Show less
