Bio
Inna Leonov-Kenny
I reported to Brad Thompson for twenty years, while he was a lead animator/CG supervisor at Spitz Inc, and I was a member of the animation team. Brad is truly a Renaissance Man: he has all the qualities required of a visual artist, a tech guru, and a project manager - yet he's also very extremely personable and easy-going. As our tiny department took on progressively challenging work, Brad would make it his responsibility to learn whatever new tech was needed - and then teach it to the rest of us, with enviable patience. When it comes to art direction, Brad has a professional's eye for color, composition, camera motion - everything which made our shows amazing in the end. At the same time, he was also the undisputed "brains" of every project - working out the budget, managing the workflow, making sure we kept to the deadlines, communicating with both our superiors and the outside collaborators, etc. On a personal level, Brad did his best to consider every teammate's strengths and weaknesses, to make sure we're all working to our full potential without burning out. On top of it, he is calm, respectful and has a great sense of humor.

Brad is a great listener and animator/producer and has been a huge help to our customers desiring to set up animation operation/venture of their own.
