When problems arise, work with I/S to quickly develop a solution.- Review new contracts and new HAP business. Make recommendations as to how the new business or contract can be integrated into the Diamond system.- Identify, evaluate, and implement other opportunities to automate current manual processes.- Review monthly network financial statements along with network contracts to ensure Provider Finance reporting is in agreement with the terms of the various contracts.
