It's rare indeed to come across STANDOUT talent like Brad. First, he is extremely passionate about discovering the insights and developing the strategies that get the creatives juices flowing. Brad won't stop until he and his team uncover the "truth" that brings the clients goals and objectives to life in a compelling and authentic way for the consumer. Second, Brad is a natural born leader and an unbelievable team player. He has a take charge attitude but is also ALWAYS willing to roll up his sleeves and do whatever is needed for the team. "That's not my job" is not something you will ever hear come out of his mouth. Brad will pull together a project management spreadsheet, an SOW, spend hours brainstorming with the creatives or find a solution to the most esoteric request...no problem. I had the pleasure of working with Brad while I was the Director of Account Management with Jayne Agency. At the time, we were a small but mighty team and Brad was my confidant. I was particularly impressed with Brad's ability to handle the most challenging situations, demanding timelines and everyday "surprises" with his calm attitude, undeniable charm and methodical thinking. If it sounds like I am gushing a bit, I am. In all of my years in advertising, I can honestly say that Brad Pierce is one in a million. Oh and his dog Stanley always brought much needed love to the office. As a team leader and team player, I give Brad the highest of praise and my most heartfelt recommendation.
