I have known Bradley for some years and he is my Banking Relationship Manager. I have been hugely impressed with him personally and professionally from Day 1 and is a huge asset to RBS. We all have problems and Bradley is focussed on solutions- he knows his subject and understands customers can be 'quirky' but I would trust him with everything. Knowing he is but a phone call away( and is always meticulous about returning voicemail calls) is a great piece of mind. I would unhesitatingly recommend him to anyone.
