There are people with whom you share a work space, and then there are people whom you are delighted to see come in to work: Bradley Patenaude is the type of colleague and person you are thrilled to see come through the door. He is willing to tackle whatever project awaits or arises in the course of a day, he is able to deal with patrons who aren't quite sure what they themselves are looking for, asking questions and guiding them toward a satisfactory outcome with a pleasant and sympathetic demeanor. He is a major asset to whichever organization has the good fortune to have him on staff, and quickly becomes a co-worker to whom many will quickly turn for excellent help and service.
