My main responsibilities were the care, maintenance and testing of new systems on the 8pi spectrometer. I also worked with TIGRESS and assisted in running experiments and improving the overall performance of the spectrometer and the associated online components. This position involved learning PHP scripting to write online programs that monitored the status of all the high voltage systems.
