As my academic Support Advisor at Moraine Park Technical College, Bradley is a very unique person. He has a special talent that allows him to be genuinely concerned for those who he is responsible to and for. His seemingly endless energy level and commitment to his position and self/ family can be witnesses easily. He also makes sure that those who report to him are held accountable for their actions, as well as to their responsibilities. With his updates and requests I was always aware of what events were taking place, how I was to respond, if necessary, and what I needed to do to participate. Bradley was a wonderful employee at MSOE who deeply cared about the students and family members with whom he was assisting. His main goal was to assist the students and families in obtaining an education that fit their needs and answering all of their questions. Bradley always had new ideas in order to improve procedures and took pride in his work. Bradley was nondiscriminatory with the students, families, and co-workers with whom he worked. He assisted every student and family member with equal fruition. Besides this, Bradley had a positive relationship with faculty and staff members throughout the college campus setting.
