  In this role I was responsible for the implementation, deployment and then operational ownership of the Pharma Supply & Demand Hub in Singapore, spanning 15 countries in Asia Pacific & North Asia.This involved recruiting a team of supply chain professional from the region, gaining commercial acceptance and buy in to the changes, implementing the GSK Supply & Demand Hub standards in the region, whilst transferring knowledge and experience from the local operating markets into the Hub.
