In the time I spent working with Bradley he approached each day with great enthusiasm and drive! He was always willing to be flexible and cooperative in accomplishing any job that was presented to us! His want for knowledge was never ending, which in turn made me step up my game in wanting to be able to answer his questions accurately and provide him with information to pass on to others! I would highly recommend him for any position he is qualified for and even if he doesn't meet all the qualifications I think he would flexible enough to be given a second thought.

Navistar Defense, subcontracted through AAR Integrated Technologies then absorbed in theater by 4m research. Certified as Field Service Representative (FSR) in West Point Mississippi, I arrived in Bagram and assumed the truck lead position on the ISS Team until opportunity took me to Kandahar to spread the ISS footprint. After ISS completed in the summer of 2011 I was was promoted to FSR Instructor and Mechanic[FIM] to introduce the MRAP Recovery Vehicle to Afghanistan. Sustainment on the MRV included troubleshooting, and repair of faulty or failed electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and air systems. I have replaced failed hydraulic rams in the outrigger, and stinger. I have trouble shot faulty ECMs,TCMs, PCUs, Fleer systems and have replaced many a control box, Fuses, Breakers, etc. Also in the Sustainment realm we perform upgrades to the stingers, winches, load testing of the booms, and programming as required to keep the vehicle up to date with the network in the US. October 2012 I was once again asked to provide assistance to boost the ISS efforts and make ready for the MSU that is about to take place here in Kandahar. We have successfully improved the performance of the ISS modular upgrade system and increased production effectively enough to begin MSU production DEC 1st. Show less

I lead a team performing Division-Unit level maintenance on MRAP utilizing multimeter, TM, hand tools, torches, plasma-arc cutting , carbon arc, MIG welding with dual shield process. Welding procedures include removal of damaged material, sterilization, inspection, prep-heating, mig-welding, and final inspection of each weld using non-destructive testing methods. Mechanical duties comprise of troubleshooting, and replacing faulty electrical and mechanical components. Duties also include modifications of MRAP according to MWO, I.E. removal of certain components and installation of supplemental armor. High standards allowed me the opportunity to become a better welder, mechanic, leader, and logistician. Reason for separation-End Of Contract.; M2 FST/ Subcontracted to bae/ KUWAITWorking on the Retrograde Assistance Team I inspected Bradleys, M88s, M113s and performed 10-20 level maintenance on these vehicles to prepare them for re-entry to the states. Within this time frame I advanced from Apprentice to Assemblymen by working out of service truck aggressively to fill their needs during corporate expansion. Here I fabricated; fitted and assembled components and often pressure tested vessels that I had repaired. I spent most days repairing aluminum hot oil tanks. MIG welding overhead and rebuilding heavy duty pump motors. I have done multiple shell sections in which pads, baffles, sumps (.188-1" thick) and heads had to be removed and replaced. I welded all types of metals in any position and manipulate them to fit into any application using various methods including press break and heat treatment. I have built many complex plumbing, mechanical, air, hydraulic, and electrical systems. I utilize various on-board diagnostics systems to ensure the readiness of the equipment. Show less
