      In my role as a Control Room Operator (CRO) I operated and controlled a wide array of plant operations using a Delta V DCS, these include; Distillation, Evaporation, MSDH, Steam generation, Batch Fermentation, Liquefaction, Milling, Animal Feed Drying and Pelleting, Process Condensate Treatment & Utilities which includes steam, Cooling Water and Instrument Air. VivergoFuels is one of Europe's largest Bio-ethanol plants and is located on a top tier COMAH site. As a top tier COMAH site safety is the top priority and I was regularly involved in table top exercises looking at emergency response pre plans in order to be prepared in case of emergency and to regularly improve and update actions to be carried out in any MAH scenario.

Assisting the plant operators when needed by carrying out further analysis required. Validating and improving working methods as well as maintaining laboratory equipment. I routinely used the following pieces of equipment & pieces of instrumentation; HPLC, IC, GC, AAS, XRF, TOC analyser, auto-titrators, FOSS NIR analyser, as well as basic laboratory equipment such as pH probes, pipettes and burettes.
