  Strategic CAPEX project management and analysis thereof across the project life cycle including internal stakeholder and business process management. Achieving project objectives by utilizing inter-divisional project teams (procurement, finance, engineering, operations, SHE, validation and vendors). Key transactional responsibilities include: • Engineering design management. • Procurement life cycle management (project procurement strategy [EPC, EPCM], prequalification of tenderers, technical evaluation of tenders, awarding of contracts). • Risk and SHE management (process safety, human safety, business risk, project risk, engineering design risk). • Project financial management • Quality and regulatory management • Contractor management • Evaluate end to end production process capacity and define capacity expansion initiatives to achieve business strategic objectives. • Lead and manage junior engineers and internship engineers. Currently leading a project dedicated to the modernization of a key product line that improves product yield and operational efficiency. Project scope includes pharmaceutical design and construction of brown field facility (100m2) complete with HVAC system to maintain required environmental conditions; engineering design, installation and commissioning of an automated pressure vessel (2,5m3 to 4,5m3) tank farm. Successfully completed the design and construction of a dedicated cGMP compliant pharmaceutical type cleanrooms with HVAC system providing requisite environmental conditions for key product line that not only improved plant space utilization, process cGMP but also ROI on plant space per m2.
